Developed a tailored web application with full technical support and maintenance.

## Background
The client is an SMB whose existing internal management tools could no longer keep up with business growth. They needed a custom web application to consolidate order management, customer data, and reporting.

## Problem
The existing workflow relied on Excel spreadsheets, leading to version conflicts during collaboration, inconsistent data, and no automated reporting. Monthly summaries required days of manual effort.

## Solution
After thorough requirements gathering, we developed a full-stack web application with an intuitive frontend, backend APIs for business logic and database operations, and automated report generation with scheduled exports. Deployed on an NCSE VPS with full backup procedures.

## Result
Internal efficiency improved markedly. Monthly reports now generate automatically instead of taking days. Multi-user collaboration issues were resolved, and data consistency and real-time availability are fully guaranteed.
