## Background
The client operates a brick-and-mortar store with an online booking service and wanted to provide automated customer service, appointment reminders, and promotional messaging through their LINE Official Account.

## Problem
The basic auto-reply feature of LINE Official Account couldn't handle complex booking queries or changes. Staff had to monitor messages around the clock, with slow response times during holidays and off-hours.

## Solution
We built a custom LINE Bot integrated with the client's booking system: interactive menus for self-service check/book/cancel, automated pre-appointment reminders, and scheduled promotional messages. The bot supports natural language input and hands off unresolvable queries to human agents.

## Result
Automated responses now handle over 70% of common inquiries, freeing staff for complex cases. Appointment reminders reduced no-shows, promotional messages boosted return visits, and customers are served instantly even outside business hours.
