Automated monitoring and alerting systems that detect service anomalies and push notifications across multiple channels.

## Background
The client self-manages multiple servers and online services but lacked unified monitoring and alerting, often discovering outages only after user reports.

## Problem
Service disruptions took tens of minutes to hours to detect, seriously impacting user experience and trust. The team couldn't quickly pinpoint root causes, making troubleshooting slow and inefficient.

## Solution
We built a comprehensive monitoring and alerting system covering uptime checks, performance metrics (CPU/RAM/disk/network), and SSL certificate expiry reminders. Alerts fire instantly via Email, Discord, and Telegram, with a historical data dashboard for trend analysis.

## Result
Anomaly detection time dropped from tens of minutes to seconds, allowing the team to resolve issues before users notice. Historical trend analysis helps proactively identify potential bottlenecks, significantly improving overall service reliability.
